Welcome to Vrede. By purchasing gift products from our business, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

We sell gift products including but not limited to gift packs, personalized items, seasonal gifts, and specialty merchandise. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be guaranteed.

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, bank Transfer, Pay ID or Cash on delivery.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

• Due to the nature of gift products and personalized items, all sales may be final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, and personalization details are correct before submitting an order.

• We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

All content, designs, product images, logos, and branding are the property of Vrede and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrede shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria Australia.
